To empower underprivileged children in Uganda by providing access to quality education, healthcare, and essential resources, enabling them to break the cycle of poverty and build a better future for themselves and their communities.

A Uganda where every child has equal opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive, regardless of their socioeconomic background or geographical location.

Our History

2020: The Beginning

Founded by Kiggwe Musa with a vision to transform lives through education and healthcare support in rural Uganda.

2021: First Major Project

Completed construction of our first school building, providing education access to 200 children.

2022: Healthcare Initiative

Launched mobile health clinics serving five remote communities, reaching over 1,000 children.

2023: Expanding Impact

Expanded to 20+ schools and launched clean water initiatives across multiple communities.

Driven by a passion to create positive change in Uganda, Kiggwe Musa founded the Kiggwe Charity Foundation in 2020. With over 15 years of experience in community development, his vision has helped transform countless lives through education and healthcare initiatives.

Education Program Director

With a background in education policy and 10 years of teaching experience, Sarah leads our educational initiatives and school development programs.

David Mukasa

David Mukasa

Healthcare Coordinator

A medical professional with extensive experience in rural healthcare, David oversees our medical outreach programs and health initiatives.

Community Relations Manager

Grace brings 8 years of experience in community engagement and ensures our programs align with local needs and cultural values.
